Robert Wagner

As the founder of Broadway Capital Trading (BCT), Rob leverages a wealth of multi-disciplinary financial expertise accumulated since beginning his career in investment banking at UBS (NY) in 1987. At UBS he helped develop novel CMO/CMBS, high-yield, and ABS instruments, gaining broad exposure across capital markets, including derivatives and FX. Rob has represented clients to numerous rating agencies, initiated international M&A transactions, and developed sophisticated valuation models. He joined Broadway Capital (BCT's affiliate) in 2007 to establish its New Products group, pioneering alternative project finance strategies. In his leadership role at BCT today, Rob directly oversees the firm's portfolio and strategic positioning, manages investor relations, and guides corporate affairs, applying his comprehensive experience to ensure BCT's core functions support BCT's global activities.
Kyriakos Kyvelos
Head of MENA Region
Kyriakos Kyvelos offers considerable expertise in the oil trading commodities sector and refinery business development, with a strong track record establishing and leading successful ventures across energy, transportation, and investment. Currently, he serves as Managing Partner and CEO at Finergy Petroleum (Dubai), revitalizing its operations across West and Southern Africa, and has been CEO of the Saudi Investment Group since founding it in 2014. He is also the Founder and CEO of Ferti World, a global fertilizer supplier optimizing sourcing opportunities. His previous roles include Group Chief Investment Advisor at BAB Holdings and co-founding GreenAl Renewables Africa. This extensive experience driving growth in competitive markets, particularly within Africa and the MENA region, is complemented by a robust network throughout the GCC and Africa. These factors underscore his leadership acumen, strategic thinking, and proven ability to expand business profitably in the commodity trading and oil refinery sectors.
Dimitri Masselos
Managing Member, Strategic Advisor
Dimitri is strategic advisor of Broadway Capital Trading and founder of Masselos Family Office. The family has been in shipping business since 1946. Dimitri has experience in investment management, corporate finance, commercial banking, underwriting, digital merchant banking, trade finance, natural resources, oil and gas. The family also has expertise in biochemistry, conservation agriculture and cybersecurity sectors. Dimitri started his career in 1997 and has worked in USA and UK at major firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Wachovia Bank, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse (Clariden Leu) and gained experience in various areas including private, commercial, and corporate banking and underwriting, and as member of senior management at the executive level. Dimitri is actively involved in various philanthropic projects since 2001 in continuation of his family tradition.
